Town Rules for Paid Parking

• Holden Beach has paid parking year-round from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

• Free parking is available before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM.

• All parking will use license plates for verification.

• Per ordinance, there is no parking on the streets or rights-of-way except in designated parking spaces identified by Pay-to-Park signs.

• Oak Island has paid parking April 1st through September 30th between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

• Vehicles must be parked in spaces marked by yellow bumpers.

• Vehicles must be parked straight & centered at either a yellow or blue(handicapped) parking bumper.

• Ocean Isle has paid parking daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from April 1st to October 31st.

• Season Permits and Residents Permits are $175 per vehicle.

• Topsail Beach paid parking is from March 1st to October 31st

• Paid parking is required at all beach accesses, and the sound side access known as “Serenity Point.”

• North Topsail Beach has paid parking year-round from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

• On-street parking is no longer permitted. Those parked in the right-of-way will receive a citation and fine.

• Sunset Beach has paid parking April 1st through October 31st between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
